By proactively performing Roof Maintenance you are managing your Roof Asset and preventing potential problems that can turn into critical defects and possible water intrusion.
Schedule Repairs Before Spring Rains:
- During the winter months your roof really takes a beating. Let's prep for summer to button up any repair items left undone from last year.
General Upkeep:
- Options to clear out fall/winter debris left on your roof surface, clean gutters, interior drains and through-wall scuppers are available. Debris can cause water to pond, which causes premature aging of the roof and could cause significant damage to the roof system.

Employee of the Month
As we announced in last month's "Property Solutions" newsletter, Kim has joined our team. Kim originally became a member of our team via Express Personnel. While she was with Express, Kim recently was awarded the "Employee of the Month."
Since receiving this award, Kim has officially accepted a permanent position with our company. We are thrilled she is a part of our team and we congratulate her on the recently (well-deserved) award she accepted.

Excellence Awards - Roz Peterson, CCIM

Roz recently accepted an Excellence Award from the Dakota County Regional Chamber of Commerce.
On Thursday, March 9, 2017, the Dakota County Regional Chamber held the 7th Annual WomEn's Conference at the Best Western Premier Nicollet Inn located in Burnsville, MN just off of Nicollet Avenue and CR-42. The event included area health professionals with the goal of helping women improve their personal and professional lives.
In addition to the various vendors available throughout the day, the event also included a lunch at which three (3) women from our local community were each awarded the "Women of Excellence" awards at this 2017 event. Roz Peterson, who wears many hats, including Minnesota State Representative for District 56B, business owner, and commercial real estate agent for CERRON Commercial Properties, was one of the three recipients of this award.
Cory Hepola, with KARE 11, emceed the event and shared his own touching stories of the women in his life. He interviewed the three award recipients on a panel discussion. It was great to hear each story and wisdom shared by each of these amazing women!
The three winners of this year's Women in Excellence Award, included:
Roz's advice included: "Prioritize your life; Do the right thing; & Don't be afraid to fail."

Lakeview Bank is expanding their existing building

Originally built in 2004, Lakeview Bank was designed as a 5,970 square foot one-story, prairie style banking facility with a basement, and included a 1,720 square foot clerestory over the lobby; Hearth room with fireplace; 3 lane drive-thru canopy with ATM; Conference room with multi-media projection system; Basement equipment room with storage; and, Extensive millwork and interior detail. The new 2,105 square foot addition is designed to continue the same prairie style design both on the interior and the exterior. The expansion will provide additional office space at this location at 9725 163rd St W, Lakeville, MN 55044. We are honored to have been chosen to work with Lakeview Bank a second time!
