Our Team
| Gordy Schiltz joined our team on August 4, 2013, and is currently our most senior Project Manager on our APPRO team. He is an excellent manager of our commercial and industrial construction projects and applies his previous experience in the United States Airforce, in addition to his project and property management experience to each job upon which he oversees. This month, we celebrate Gordy's 15 years of dedication, commitment, and skilled contributions toward excellence in construction and our collective goal of exceeding our clients' expectations. Thank you Gordy, for all that you do - you are a valued member of our team! |

HOBO, Inc. celebrated their groundbreaking on May 11th which kicked off this facility expansion project. The current facility will go from 30,065 square feet to 53,083 square with the addition of the 23,018 square foot expansion project.
Gordy Schiltz is the APPRO Project Manager overseeing this industrial construction project, scheduled for an early fall completion date.

The Werner Office Remodel project is under way, with construction being overseen by Pat Spangenberg. This +/- 10,000 SF office remodel project is located in Edina, Minnesota,
This commercial construction project includes demolition work, and a new build-out with some exciting finishes for this financial services client.

Cam Luong has been managing a variety of projects this summer for APPRO Development clients throughout the south metro. Cardinal Glass has hired APPRO for a variety of projects at their Northfield facility. You may check out the progress of this project HERE.
Additionally, Cam has completed multiple projects for our neighbor in the Airlake Industrial Park for Progressive Rail. You may check out this project at the following LINK.

Good News - In the Neighborhood
 July and August are busy months with local festivals, parades, county and state fairs. In our own backyard, there was Pan-o-Prog (short for Panorama of Progress) in which our founders have had a long history of involvement. Did you participate in the festivities? A few of our team members checked out the ever popular Cruise Night, and our own Allie Miller was a participant in the "Cruisin' fun" in her boyfriend's 1970 Monte Carlo (shown right).
