Hello Friend,
jack c-1970

Commercial and industrial property solutions is our passion! It's what we have done since 1987 when two men, Jack Matasosky and Bernie Grubisch, each with a dedication for constructing quality commercial buildings, launched a small design build company, APPRO Development, to meet the needs of growing companies in the south metro. Fast forward three decades later, with Jack Matasosky and Jim Connelly at the helm of APPRO, and Jack Matasosky and Bruce Rydeen leading CERRON, we have grown in our service offerings, size of team, and most of all, our desire to help more growing companies in the southern metro region of Minnesota.

Expediting the Subcontract & Change Order Process

An additional update we would like to share with our readers. In an effort to continue to streamline our agreement process, we have chosen to use an electronic signing software. What this means to the owners of our projects is that we are able to efficiently get contracts and change orders processed. It also means to our subcontractors that we are able to turn around subcontracts, change orders and related paperwork, not only quicker, but easier - saving the steps of printing, scanning and emailing. Each of these steps may be completed in a single transaction, when all parties are able to access an electronic signing event. We have started to implement this process in the past month, and have seen a significant reduction in the time it takes to turn around signed agreements. Please feel free to reach out to either Allie or Teresa with any questions you may have for our team.

Business of the Month

2018-05-25 Tierra Encantada (4)
The owner of Tierra Encantada came to our team with an exciting project. Taking an existing church site and turning it into a Spanish Immersion school. Prior to their open house on Wednesday, May 30th, they were at approximately 85% capacity and after the open house, were completely filled with a waiting list. How exciting to see so much interest in this new school located in the Windom neighborhood of Minneapolis, which is a third location for the Tierra Encantada brand. You may learn more about this project and their school, by following this LINK, or Tierra Encantada Website

Good News - In the Neighborhood

We were thrilled to help celebrate a milestone last month for long time friends at Helm Electric. We have worked with owners Dave and Rita Martinson and son Rick Martinson, on many projects over the years. Their team provides excellent quality service on each project upon which they work. You may learn more about their company at this link: HELM ELECTRIC.

TreeHouse Anniversary
Additionally, we were able to tag along with the local Lakeville Chamber of Commerce on visits to a few local businesses for whom the Chamber recognized as having been in business for more than 20+ years. Congratulations to Ratzlaff Homes and Treehouse Foods for being a fellow chamber member and thank you for all the contributions you make in our local community! The plant manager for Treehouse Foods shared that they have 20+ positions open - you may view these at this link: Treehouse Foods Employment opportunities.
