September is an amazing month! New routines settle in, amidst a changing landscape of vibrant colors that can only be brought about by cool temperatures - an amazing miracle that greets us and prepares us, and maybe even consoles us, as we prepare for much cooler days to come. As we celebrated the first day of autumn on September 22nd, we appreciate the spectacular show across our great state!

Cam Luong, Project Manager

Cam has wrapped up the Christian Heritage Academy (CHA) project just in time for school to start. CHA celebrated a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony (click to see Lakeville Economic Development Snapshot video)  which took place on Wednesday, September 6th. Cam completed this project on time (under a very tight timeline) and under budget, which was appreciated by the building owners, the bank funding this project, and the school families. 

Additionally, among a variety of other upcoming projects, Cam has been working on an Airport Hangar project in Faribault, MN.

Gordy Schiltz, Project Manager

Gordy has been working on Launch Properties Phase I project and Bass Flexible Packaging in Lakeville and an expansion project of Geometrix in Rosemount, MN. These projects range in size from 7,000 square feet to just shy of 300,000 square feet and illustrate the range of size and scope of projects for which our team is able to design, manage and bring to fruition.

Gordy is our most seasoned project manager and brings an abundance of knowledge and skill to each of the projects he manages. He is a skilled problem solver and treats each project as if it was his own.

Pat Spangenberg, Project Manager

Pat has been busy constructing the 2,100 SF expansion project at Lakeview Bank and the new 6,772 SF medical office building (which also includes a 2,902 SF basement) for McDonald Eye Care (and demo of the previous building), both in Lakeville. Each of these projects is nearing completion, with both wrapping up very soon!

Pat has a gift for navigating the daily challenges on a construction site, working to deliver on owner requests, balancing schedules and budgets, and partnering with the best of the best subcontractors throughout the duration of the construction on each project he oversees.

Recent Ribbon Cutting & Community Events

Christian Heritage Academy celebrated their ribbon cutting celebration on Wednesday, September 6th. (CERRON provided site selection services and APPRO provided full design-build services on this project.) Lakeville Advanced Dental Care also celebrated a ribbon cutting on Wednesday, September 20th. (CERRON provided brokerage services on the sale of the building and current landlord representation services for available lease space in the building.)

Lakeville Pointe Apartments, by Ron Clark Construction, celebrated their grand opening with a ribbon cutting on Wednesday, September 20th. (CERRON provided broker representation for both sale and purchase of this land site.)

An Open House was held at Dog Day Getaway on Thursday, September 21st. (CERRON provided both Landlord and Tenant representation.)
